WHAT OUR CUSTOMERS HAVE TO SAY
Terrible after service and no spare parts available.On my first service with JAC I needed break pad replacements so they told me they need to keep the car an extra day as they had to order stock.3 days later still no stock so I took my T8 back, only 2 weeks later did stock arrive and my car had to go in again, 4 days without a car for a service that should take 1.Fast forward to 2nd service with JAC, when I get my T8 back they tell me they need to replace the water bottle.3 weeks later and still no stock has arrived. Subsequently after my service they broke my tailgate which now can't unlock anymore, I book it in for an entire day for them to fix as they said they can't give me a time on how long it'll take to fix and now after fetching it, they said they didn't have enough time to fix it. ( why make me book it on a specific day for the whole day if you know you have too many other bookings?)Again, what should be a 1 day car service is now going to turn into a 4 day service due to poor servicing (breaking things that weren't broken) and lack of simple spare parts.Won't recommend buying JAC
