We had a fantastic experience purchasing our JAC T8! The entire process was seamless from start to finish. Our sales advisor, Shannon, was absolute magic. She was incredibly patient, highly informative, kept us updated every step of the way, and put together an excellent deal. We were honestly very undecided about buying a Chinese vehicle, but Shannon’s amazing personality and professionalism completely won us over.The vehicle itself is amazing—we previously owned a 2023 Isuzu D-Max, and to be completely honest, the JAC T8 is a better vehicle overall. Stephan did the whole sale on Whatsapp. Made it so easy and i ask a lot of questions and he answered every single one. Stephan is seriously professional and he makes you feel at ease with the whole process. Like the fact that he was transparent through the whole process and that i knew everything needed to know before i had agreed to anything. They also gave me a great trade in price. Best of all. Got an unique grill with my T9 which looks awesome. Give them a try. These guys walk the extra mile for their clients.

They said that to buy a Chinese brand like JAC will only be trouble and aftercare service will be horrible. We'll i have just hade some of the best service that I have not had in years compared to other brands but JAC Midrand just outdone themselves. My biggest nightmare TURBO on my T8 blew. JAC promises to fix my problem and they did. Thank you to everyone in JAC Midrand for exceptional service and fast turnaround time especially the service team. MY JAC MY CHOICE.

Terrible after service and no spare parts available.
On my first service with JAC I needed break pad replacements so they told me they need to keep the car an extra day as they had to order stock.
3 days later still no stock so I took my T8 back, only 2 weeks later did stock arrive and my car had to go in again, 4 days without a car for a service that should take 1.
Fast forward to 2nd service with JAC, when I get my T8 back they tell me they need to replace the water bottle.
3 weeks later and still no stock has arrived. Subsequently after my service they broke my tailgate which now can't unlock anymore, I book it in for an entire day for them to fix as they said they can't give me a time on how long it'll take to fix and now after fetching it, they said they didn't have enough time to fix it. ( why make me book it on a specific day for the whole day if you know you have too many other bookings?)
Again, what should be a 1 day car service is now going to turn into a 4 day service due to poor servicing (breaking things that weren't broken) and lack of simple spare parts.
Won't recommend buying JAC
